Fallow Collective Launches to Help Purpose-Driven Brands Grow with Intention

Hospitality-focused ecosystem connects brands across beverage alcohol and hospitality-adjacent consumer goods

Cincinnati, Ohio (Sept. 1, 2026) - - - Fallow Collective, a new ecosystem designed to build and grow purpose-driven brands across beverage alcohol and hospitality-adjacent CPG, officially launches today, giving emerging brands connected access to the expertise and hands-on support they need to navigate growth. For more information, visit www.thisisfallow.com/.

Founded on the belief that emerging brands deserve more than advice, Fallow brings together experienced operators and industry experts with the resources, relationships and hands-on support brands need to succeed. By connecting specialized partners across sales, marketing, activation, technology and training, Fallow helps brands navigate the fragmented network of agencies and partners they often encounter as they grow.

Rather than launching a single company, founder and CEO Rawnica Dillingham built Fallow Collective, an ecosystem of 16 connected ventures spanning six areas of expertise, led by seasoned operators and experts across the beverage alcohol and hospitality industries. Together, the ventures cover the full arc of brand growth, from opening doors at the corporate level and executing in the field to creating consumer experiences and supporting the people behind the brand.

“What I’m proudest of isn’t the model, it’s the people. This team has launched brands, built distributor networks, and trained the next generation. But it’s how they build that matters most: generous with what they know and all-in on someone else’s win,” said Dillingham, “That’s what a brand gets when they work with Fallow.”

Dillingham has more than 25 years of experience across the spirits and hospitality industries, operating at the intersection of commercial strategy and human-centered leadership. Her time working with companies like New Riff Distilling, Uncle Nearest and Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits gave her a firsthand view of the challenges  emerging brands encounter as they scale — and helped shape the model behind Fallow.

The Fallow Collective team will pair disciplined strategy with genuine hospitality to empower founders, support operators in the field, and create meaningful experiences for consumers. The collective’s approach is designed to meet brands where they are and provide the support, connections and infrastructure needed to move them forward.

Dillingham said hospitality is a common thread across everything Fallow does, shaping how brands grow and go to market. Whether opening doors at the corporate level, executing in the field, designing an activation or pouring a thoughtfully crafted drink, the team leads with intention and genuine care for the people on every side of the transaction.

Helping ensure that commitment carries through Fallow’s culture is Dan Goldstone, Chief People & Culture Officer. Goldstone is an experienced people and culture leader who has held senior leadership roles with Riboli Family Wines, Chicken of the Sea, Treasury Wine Estates, E&J Gallo Winery and Brown-Forman, guiding organizations through transformation, building high-performing teams, and developing the next generation of leaders.

For Goldstone, Fallow’s commitment to being Rooted in Purpose begins with its people and extends throughout the collective.

“When we say we are Rooted in Purpose, that means we are starting with our people. I believe bringing together people who are authentic, solution-oriented, innovative and kind leads to exceptional results. That collective mindset is what makes Fallow such a great place to be a part of each day,” said Dan Goldstone, Chief People & Culture Officer.

At its core, Fallow is designed to help brands grow without losing sight of the purpose behind them. Its connected model brings together the capabilities, relationships and experience needed to help brands move from idea to execution and beyond — all with one shared purpose of helping great brands come to life.

That commitment to purpose extends beyond commerce through the Fallow Foundation, Fallow’s nonprofit dedicated to food access and leadership equity. Slated to launch in 2027, the Foundation will bring Fallow’s mission into the communities it serves, creating opportunities to make a meaningful impact beyond the brands within its ecosystem.

Fallow is now welcoming purpose-driven brands seeking support as they launch, scale or enter their next stage of growth — as well as industry partners and professionals interested in joining its growing ecosystem.
